At Kibali Cleaning Services, your satisfaction matters to us.
If you are not satisfied with any part of our cleaning service, we offer a Reclean Guarantee under the following conditions:
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
• The concern must relate to the original scope of work
• We will arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost
This guarantee does not apply to:
• Areas not included in the original booking
• Issues caused by wear and tear, permanent stains, or structural defects
Our goal is to ensure your space is clean, neat, and meets agreed expectations.
