We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service: No penalty
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: A cancellation fee may apply
• No-shows or denied access: May be charged the full service amount
Kibali Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, emergencies, or staff availability.
